Upon boot the Amiga reads (and executes) a file called "Startup-Sequence" that is located in the "S" directory of the boot disk (be it floppy or a hard disk). Get your favorite editor and just edit the file till your happy. It accepts the exact same commands (syntax, ext) that you would use from the CLI.
