It is the perfect size, and it is very easy to clean. The 2000 keyboard is a behemoth, and has a monster cable connecting it to the computer. Not very convenient for putting in your lap. The 1000 keyboard is compact, but not crowded, and has a lightweight telephone cable as a connector. -- James A.
