I need some precise information on dedicated CHARACTER

GENERATORS used in video production.  I would like to

know exactly what they do and how much their general

cost is.  I know that the Amiga can do character generation

but what are the ADVANTAGES and DISADVANTAGES of it.

Any info would be appreciated.
