Subject: Help unpacking binaries

I'm new here and I'm having some trouble 'unpacking' the files
in sources.amiga and binaries.amiga.
 
At the first line in the files, I have read something about using a
program called 'SH', but I can't find that program. Is it a unix-command
or does it run on the amiga ????
 
Will somebody, please, tell me what to do ???
