Hey, does anybody out there know (if it's possible) how to adjust (decrease)
the horizontal scan rate on a 1080 monitor.  I.e., what I want to do is
skrunch the screen horizontally.  The monitor guts are Toshiba.  Help?!?

BTW:  A vertical adjustment is provided.
