I don't know that this is a problem with ShrinkIt itself, but after
I downloaded the HyperC files from husc6 and unarchived it (it's a 
compressed 140K disk), the disk wouldn't boot properly.  Of course
this could be a problem with HyperC and not ShrinkIt.
