When 3.5" drives first came out for the Apple //series, there were a number of
'DOS 3.3 on 3.5" disk' programs.  One shareware one is call AmDOS, and was written
by Gary Little.  Its registration fee is $15. (I've got it on file and can foward
if desired)

Nibble magazine also had one call UniDOS 3.3 (could be UniDOS 3.5).  Ran about $40.
Check Nibble magazine adds for availability and current cost.
