There is only one released version of TOS 1.4.  All others are "test"
releases, "developer" releases, or "beta" releases (as in beta-test). 
I don't know the date of the official TOS 1.4 release; I will ask John
Townsend to post the date you should find in the ROMs so you'll all
know if you've got the official version.
