For others who have perhaps conjured up the same impression: My set-up: June 1986 1040ST TOS 1.0 1 meg RAM 85 MB Quantum Mono and color monitors Waiting for the TT. I am an avid fan of the ST. I do NOT see it as a game machine, as many others do. I use it for my business on a daily basis. It has yet to need a repair. COnsidering it has been on for several years and is hammered on daily, i have to think it is a fine piece of machinery. I like what it can do, my only wish is that it could do it faster. I hope that if and when the TT becomes availible, it can sustain the perfomance demands my business is now making. 386? UGH! MacII? Ugh! Who needs them.. I want my TT/P ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ There's a melody that goes with that... I guess we could get Sting to endorse ATARI and do the ad... -kevin ramsiri@blake.acs.washington.edu
