Calamus will dump a raster image of a page to disk in PS format, but you still will have to use Calamus fonts, and it could take hours for Ultrascript to process the disk files. The Calamus Compugraphic fonts are cheap compared to professional Postscript fonts, and there are probably over 50 PD and shareware Calamus fonts floating around.
