TOS 1.6  versus  TOS 1.4

	As we all know , TOS 1.6 is the OS of new STE machines.

	And TOS 1.4 is what should have been provided with first ST machines...

	TOS 1.4 gives much more than 1.2 ( or 1.0 ) ,

		- New file selector ,
		- Move file function,
		- MS-DOS disk format,
		...

	My question is quite simple ,...
	Does TOS 1.6 gives the same new functions that TOS 1.4 ?
	Are they compatible ?

	In fact , Is TOS 1.6 an enhancement of TOS 1.4  ? or are they
	two different branches of TOS 1.2 enhancement ? ...
