Can anyone tell me if a 3b1 power supply can be switched/strapped to operate on 220V/50Hz power?  If so, what jumpers or switch needs to be changed?  I am asking this for a friend who tells me that the supply will work fine on 50Hz power with a 220/110 step down transformer.
