You should look for the Phil Katz ZIP utility. The latest version is available as 'PKZ102.EXE'. You just run the executable file and it will create the ZIP and UNZIP utilities on your disk in addition to various bits of documentation. You might find that you local board only has 'PKZ101.EXE' which is alright as well since the update to v1.02 was not a significant one. Do not obtain 'PKZ092.EXE' however since it does not have the ability to handle the newer compression technique employed by the latest version.
