Still haven't learned all of the intricacies of UNIX's vi. Anyway, I don't think that both adapters can be mixed in the same machine, with their corresponding drivers. That is unless the Appletalk network does not require netbios, and that is what is holding things up. I know for fact that IBM PC Network requires netbios, but I don't know that appletalk does. Try loading the appletalk without netbios support, and also try loading the PC Network first - if you haven't already. Don meyer@s.cs.uiuc.edu
