I am teaching a new course at Bowling Green called Broadcast Computer
Applications.  I want to teach these non-business students many of
the basic computer applications such as databases, spreadsheets,
word processing, and more *specific* applicaions in broadcast stations
(such as program logs, commercial traffic, etc.).

I need help identifying texts.  Can anyone suggest a text that is an
intro to several of the general topics above for both IBM and Mac?
If there are any new texts out on broadcast computer applications,
that would be terrific.

Thanks for *any* help.  As of now I have no intro texts identified at
all.
