Lines: 23 The icons for volumes seem to be stored in some mysterious hidden place. I've edited my finder file to change icons for the trash can, folders etc (now I use Icon Colorizer for color icons) but I could never figure out where the hard disk icon was stored. Someone recently gave me an INIT called Facade which replaces volume icons based on volume name. You can use RESedit to add as many icons as you want to Facade and use GetInfo to name the icon for the volume you want to replace. My hard drive is called "Black Hole" and I have a big swirling black hole icon for it. I have not tried Facade with AppleShare volumes but I assume it would work since it also works on floppies. You would have to install it for each user - don't think it would work on the AppleShare machine itself but you can try. E-mail me if you want a copy. ...!uunet!eplrx7!milbouma I would e-mail directly but replies to news always seem to bounce. Mark Milbourne -- The UUCP Mailer
