They look like: Laborious discussion of WYSIWYG deleted. Benzanson spoke at length on the fact that many of the fonts distributed with ATM fix problems with the fonts resident in the LaserWriter ROM. An open single quote should look like bottom-left to upper-right. However, if you wish to maintain commonality, you can install the Courier family downloadable font files that came with ATM onto your machine at work. Those fonts will be downloaded when the file prints and look just like your original. BTW, we just got ATM here and I'm not as impressed as I thought I would be. The printing output is great (I'm impressed there), but the screen versions don't really blow me out. The Symbol and Times are noticeably better, but the Helvetica and Courier aren't that much better. I guess the real advantage is having any size available when you want it (ie. since no 72 point Helvetica is available, ATM makes it look better and odd-sized fonts are better too). It would be nice if ATM could verify its existence by somehow making the system believe that all font sizes are available so all the font sizes are outlined in Font menus. That would be neato. On the whole, probably worth $57 (MacConnection price). If I get desparate for Palatino, I might get the Plus Pack. -- Jeffrey A.
