My experience with MacWAREHOUSE:
Phoned them recently to place an international order. When the "lady"
asked for my adress I gave her street, town, and "the Netherlands" 
for destination country. Apparently she didn't pay too much attention 
in primary school geography classes because she didn't know of the 
existence of a country by that name.

The "stupid-blonde-image" they advertise seems quite accurate to me.
