I need to transfer around a dozen text files back and forth between a unix machine and a Mac. I have no problem transferring them individually, but this is not efficient. Is there any way one can combine/separate a group of files at *both* ends, so that only one file need be transferred? Thanks in advance. Ameet Bhansali (bhansali@sierra.stanford.edu)
