Konar) Organization: Honeywell Systems & Research Center, Camden, MN Lines: 17 I need to buy my girlfriend a Mac real quick. I wanted to go with an SE30 with no drive from Apple and put in a GCC. Unfortunately, the dealer here has no driveless SE30's in stock. He claims that the the drives being shipped with the new Macs are GOOD Quantums, not kludged back to life with that stupid (CHEAP) ROM fix. Can anyone comment (e-mail)? I need the info pronto so the first 10 people to respond will get a copy of my (still beta) cdev "PopArrow" absolutely free! It puts an extra click box into the title bar of windows. Clicking in this box brings the second window to the front. Thanks. ____________________________________________________________________ Have a day. :^| Murat N.
