My recommendation would be either VersaTerm or VersaTerm-PRO both from
Synergy Software.  These programs both include UNIX(Sys V for sure) 
specific macros which greatly facilitate file transmission using Xmodem, 
Ymodem, and Kermit.  Baud rates up to 57.6 kbps are supported.
