I bought a Supra 2400 external modem few days ago. I have been using it calling
into my office without any problem. The problem is that my telephone never
rings after I plug the modem on to the phone line. Even the modem is not
powerd on. Does anybody have had this problem? Anyone has a solution? 

Of course I called the Supra techenical support. Unforturaly all I got is
the answering machine.
