Renaming INITs is vital. Seconded. A good example is hierDA (sometimes seen as "DA menuz"), which absolutely MUST be INIT'd before either Suitcase or Font/DA Juggler. The usual workaround is to add a space before the name, giving you " hierDA". In this case, renaming is certainly necessary. Also, a lot of people like to change the names of GateKeeper and Vaccine so that they are the first INIT's launched on startup.
