In general, we've noticed that Businessland is a big organization, with the attendant communication snafus that you'd expect. You need to find yourself a good sales rep who's plugged into the right sources of information. I know for certain that B'land in Boston and in Albuquerque have particularly good sales people with some (minimal but adequate) familiarity with NeXT.
