   We have two problems about distributing the KSL Tools.  (1) We're usually
beta testing for TI and are thus a release ahead, making it a little
difficult to get the right thing out.  This can be addressed via appropriate
encoding.  (2) is that %^&*% Unix won't let us put our files where we want
to.  For various reasons the tools files live on a file system known as /u
but FTP's login allows access only to /var/ftp files.  We might move the
files to /var or create another login for accessing the files.
