About a month ago, montjoy@ucece1.ece.uc.edu  mentioned that he had
a DVI -> LJ program available for ftp from his host (129.137.32.106).
I found it there as /pub/tex/dvi2lj.tar.Z.  I have only used it once or
twice, but it seems to work fine.  We have been unable to use TeX because
of the lack of an output device (no postscript), but now hope that we have
something that will serve well for a while -- I'm sure a postscript printer
would be faster, using smaller files -- but, until then.....
