In Holland an extensive investigation will be carried out by the
Economical Agriculture Institute with respect to Production, Processing
and Sales of ECOLOGICAL- AND BIOLOGICAL-DYNAMIC PRODUCTS. The target is
to obtain a market estimate for the various products and to obtain a
profile of the customers. Also the Distribution, Processing and Trade
of this sort of products will be investigated. The following products
will be included in the investigation: milk- and milk-products, meat,
weat, potatoes, vegatables and fruit.
