I'm new to USENET and don't really know what the ethics is but it seems like you're more trying to express your frustration rather than making a point. I do not know why the EEC-ans don't see the need to create their soc.culture.eec, I cannot empathize with them to answer that question and I'll let them decide what's best for them.
