It has poor distribution because a lot of site admins know this. I never even heard of this bogus group until this discussion, though maybe I saw it in some B News documentation and forgot about it. The group is unnecessary. A posting to misc.forsale with an "na" distribution should accomplish the same thing. As Richard Salz suggested in his original article, it should be removed.
