It uses the same transport system as Usenet to ship newswire clippings. It is *not* part of Usenet. If you're getting it and you aren't a subscriber, that means that a site upstream of you blew it and illicitly added clari to your feed. This is in violation of their contract with Clarinet, unless it's a sample feed, in which case it was simply rude to do it without asking you. But in no way is it Brad Templeton's fault.
