semiconductor house whose marking I can't tell.  I knew it is a NPN, TO218
package.  I'd appreciate that someone in the net could tell me what is the
max. Vce, Io, hFE and power rating of it.  It is used in a Sharp FAX machine's
switching power supply. It is not crossreferenced with RCA SK series transistor.
