The phone number is 1-800-TRIALSA My NIH contact stated that there are currently experimental trials taking place with DDI and AZT to determine appropriate levels, efficacy, toxicity, etc. My bet is that TRIALSA will say "We don't know yet", but they can probably tell you what NIH is seeing so far.
