Subject: I need gnutar for ms-dos

Recently, sources for gnutar adapted for atari st were  released
to comp.sources.atari.st. I tried to get the thing running under
ms-dos, but it only writes files full of zeroes. Can anyone send
me gnutar (or other tar) sources for ms-dos, preferably capable
of reading tar floppies produced on a Xenix machine? Even just
the .exe would do fine, thank you!
