No, there isn't any VT24x emulator for the Amiga (YET :-). There is nothing 
really you have to do to a 'vax' to support Tek 4014 emulation.  Host 
programs (mainly CAD programs like DISSPLA, SAS, TEMPLATE, etc..) normally
provide "drivers" that will output in either Tek 4014 (monochrome) or 
Tek 41xx (color).  If you write your own programs, you can get the Tek 4014
User's manual directly from your local Tektronix sales office. If the vax
is running UNIX, quite a few utilities are included that output in Tek 4014
format (look at graph(), plot(), ged()). The Tek4014 can't really be used
as a 'normal' terminal. Its main use is for graphics output.  For text,
you're better off with any DEC VT-1xx emulator.
