They have never screwed me over, although sometimes it takes a while to arrive (worst case: 1 month for TxEd, which may have been because Txed was in midst of an upgrade). I have noticed that their response time has improved a bit in the last year. They do have the best prices I've seen anywhere. And their catalog does make a good comparison shopping sheet, simply because they carry so much stuff.
