Although they have great prices and a nifty newsletter, their delivery service is horrid. Twice I made next-day Fed Ex orders from them, and neither time did the product arrive within the week. I mean, sure it was next-day-shipping, but the day after which it arrived was considerably later than the day I ordered it, if you follow the wry joke. One one occasion, they accidentally "forgot" to ship my order on the right day... interesting interpretation of the meaning "overnight".
