I know somebody asked this question before, but I didn't
save the answer, I'm sorry for using the bandwidth...

How can I compress and decompress .zoo files on Unix systems?
I don't want to download everything onto my VANILLA 1000,
unzoo, and then upload the gigantic files back to the Unix
system.
