Can anyone comment on experiences with the various PC accelerators that are available for 8088-based systems? I think he's particularly interested in the Orchid unit, but comments on any of the lower end accelerators would be appreciated. We are aware of the '386 unit that has been tried and proven with the Bridgeboard, but that's real overkill for this application. Something in the range of an 8-10 Mhz '86, '88, or '286 would seem to be ideal here. If you will e-mail me your answers, I'll post a summary here if there is sufficient response. Thanks!
