I have two hard drives, One of which I have already set up a Janus drive on. The second drive, that I just added last night, after having a Amiga partition created on it, will not format from the Amiga. Is it possible to do this? Here's what I did: 1> Installed second drive. 2> Created DOS partition (IBM compat.) 3> Formated dos part. (worked fine.) 4> Created Amiga part using rest of disk. (300 cyls using adisk) 5> FORMAT DRIVE JH1: NAME MARC2 (from shell) The drive started formatting and quit on cyl. #6 with no error on return. It named the icon for the disk JH1:copy and it is unusable. Is there a way this can be done correctly? -John Bryantj@silver.bacs.indiana.edu
