One solution is to use a fixed-pitch font (also called fixed-width or typewriter font). Another solution is to set tab stops for each column. This should cause the columns to be lined up on the left. Look in WP's index under ruler... if there's an entry it may be interesting reading... Hope this helps, Terrell
