It is my understanding that Borland purchased Turbo Prolog from a Danish company (which explains why some of the predicates had non-American spelling in the manual; for example, colour). I don't recall if the articel I'm following up to mentioned this, but Sprint is a re-done version of Mark Of The Unicorn's (later, FW Corp) The Final Word II I know; I used to use TFW II.
