Howdy....

Awhile back, there was mention on the net of a disk utility that
could format 360K 5-1/4 inch floppies to 720K.  Can anyone direct
me as to where I might get this (a BBS, the software maker, etc.) ??
I don't have access to ftp or SIMTEL.

I'm willing to send someone a disk and $5 (or whatever) if they'd make
me a copy...
