heck, YES!!! what this amounts to is giving him a trade-in allowance on the
working board toward purchase of the spiffier board--and there's _no_
reason that they shold be expected to give totally full-original-price
trade-in allowance (i.e. not charge "restocking fee")--in fact there's no
_necessity_ that they take back the less-spiffy board in trade, _at_all_,
IMHO it's pretty decent of them to even offer the trade-in--al lot of
places _do_not_ offer it _at_all_
