We're experiencing some difficulties with the shell escape feature
of NCSA Telnet on an IBM AT 8MHz.  We're running version 2.2D and don't
have any problems with the feature on our PS2 Model 80.

Has anyone else experienced this problem and found a fix?  I've checked
to make sure COMSPEC points to command.com.

The error is: Bad command or file name.

Any pointers would be appreciated as always.
