I recently bought an PB2400+ modem.  When I recieved it, it is used,
there was no documentation with it.  Supposedly it is Hayes compatible,
but I cannot get my machine to access it.  I am running a PCjr (ICHH,
ungg! :=}) with Procomm 1.1.1.  Can anyone out there  tell me what most
likely is wrong, and how to correct it (short of buying a new computer
or modem).

Thank in advance, and please e-mail responses as I don't get to read all
these newsgroups regularly.

Please note: If this article went through the first time, I mistakenly
wrote down that it was a HP modem, it is a Packard Bell modem.  Sorry if
it causes any confusion.
