Unfortunately, it is EGA/VGA specific. I obtained this from comp.binaries.ibm.pc and, in addition to EGAINT, it included AINT which claims to be usable on monochrome, color, or Toshiba 4 color plasma screens. I don't know if it is specific for just EGA\VGA or not.
