In order to settle a nagging wager that I made some time ago...

Does anyone know what the *highest* resolution Mac output device is? 
Highest resolution slide recorder?  Hi-rezziest Postscript (Adobe)
imagesetter?

Spare no expense.  Also, if anyone has seen the new DuPont
demon-color-printer-from-beyond-the-fringe, I'd appreciate some
real-life info on that particular $70,000 (!) product.
