My guess is that hierDA patches AddResMenu, and that's not done until after all INITs have loaded... (It wasn't on my system, so I can't check it now. It worked then) Also, there's only ONE type of INIT that SHOULD have to be loaded in special order , namely INITs that modify the behaviour of other INITs. IconWrap, ForceMount and INIT cdev are examples of these.
