I ported some things to the Mac A/UX and asked RMS if he wanted the patches. RMS replied that he would really have no choice but to accept anything I sent back to him, but he would not make any effort to redistribute them. FSF is not trying to *overtly* attack the Mac. FSF simply states that it has better things to support with its limited resources than a platform from a company that represents the "bad" policies in the software industry that FSF disagrees with, and _really_, we all disagree with. RMS has been very reasonable. He answered all of my technical questions, *even though he knew I was porting to A/UX*! He does not dislike programmers who use Mac's, only the poor policies implemented by an otherwise innovative company. This is MY interpretation of RMS's actions and not his thoughts.
