The sound manager in Inside Mac V does not have examples to show
how to use the 'snth' resource (ID=5) in order to play the sound.
I am using Think C to call the Toolbox routines and I cannot use
the 'snd ' resource because of the requirement of the Sound Accelerator.
Could someone out there help?  Or show me what literature I should read?
